Want to know what the competition is up to, or who is selling what where? This is bread and butter to our eCommerce Sales team. They are experts in their regions, and have knowledge and insight into the market which is second-to-none. They are the Chameleons of our business, constantly adapting their pricing and product strategy to suit market conditions. Flexibility, innovation and an entrepreneurial spirit is the key to success.
We specialise in global solutions, and our Digital Marketing team know exactly how to get you noticed in each market. They have in-depth experience in all aspects of SEM, SEO, Social and Affiliate Marketing, web development and content creation. Always at the forefront of the next new thing, they are creatively nimble, quick thinking and above all great communicators. They are also usually right in the middle of our corporate events, capturing our best (and worst) moments.
Do you know a quad core processor from an IPS touch screen? This team are gadget freaks, and it’s their job to keep on top of new developments in consumer and lifestyle technology. Working alongside our Purchasing team, they are constantly on the look-out for new products and suppliers. They also have the unenviable task of testing our some of our new products – often confused with playing with the cool new stuff. Understandably they are a very popular team.
Code-monkeys they are not – our IT team form a core part of our development cycle and are required to be both commercial and technical. Collaborating with teams across the spectrum, they are continually improving our systems to better meet our objectives. Constantly dealing with new and changing demands, they are experts in adapting and problem solving in order to deliver great functionality and even better performance. We sometimes let them meet clients too.
In our business, having a reliable range of quality suppliers to buy from is critical. It’s not just about driving a hard bargain, it’s also about delivering value for the long term, which means the team are as adept at negotiating and deal-making as they are at building relationships and creatively solving problems. Alongside great communication skills, our Purchasing team are all commercially oriented, highly organised and extremely sociable.
The customer may not always be right, but our customer service team will let them think so. This team is at the frontline of our business, and they excel in all aspects of communication, whether it’s on the phone or via email. In particular we focus on listening to our customers in order to understand the issues they are facing. They are a highly flexible and proactive team, and form an integral part of our continual business improvement. 
If you ever fancied yourself as a bit of a detective, then Compliance could be for you. It’s their job to ensure that payment fraud levels stay super low, and the team have developed advanced processes to sniff out anyone who is trying to cheat the system. Balancing fairness with the pursuit of the truth, this team are extremely meticulous on the details and will spot something out of the ordinary as quickly as a cat will sniff out a mouse.
A great Logistics team is critical to the success of our business. The Logistics and Warehouse teams are dedicated to ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of products to our customers. It’s all about organising, scheduling and co-ordinating for this team, ensuring that our systems are updated, that our stock is where it should be and that every package that leaves the warehouse is suitably wrapped and tracked.  Our hardworking Logistics team require great multi-tasking skills and a great sense of humour.
The Finance team is at the heart of all of our decisions, helping us to plan, organise, audit and control the financial aspects of the business.  Responsible for the day to day cash flow, budgeting and reporting, our finance professionals get involved with all aspects of the business, from sales to suppliers and from clients to customers. We look for communicative problem-solvers who love working with numbers, and who are as comfortable engrossed in a spreadsheet as they are in contributing to a strategy session. 
Everyone loves our Talent Management team, and not just because they make sure we get paid every month! Our affable Talent Managers are responsible for recruiting and on-boarding all of our new talent, and are committed to making every new recruit feel at home as soon as they walk through the door. It doesn’t stop there, they also make every Friday a Happy Friday by fuelling our stomachs with an array of treats and sweets that ensure we finish the week in style.
